We chose to install the Sunspace windows ourselves. The Sunspace team was very helpful and patient with us. They went over all of our design options with us and placed the order. When the windows arrived, I rented a U-haul truck to transport the windows to my house. The Sunspace team did help me load the windows into our truck. They also gave me some helpful installation hints. The Sunspace team was very nice and professional.

Our Sunspace 400 Sunroom was worth the wait. We ordered the sunroom Sept 2022, but due to shipping delays…the product was delivered in Mar 2023. This was totally out of Randall and Rhonda control, because just about every industry was affected. They kept us abreast of the arrival of the sunroom on a frequent basis. We were able to modify the design by replacing the standard door with a sliding glass door. I must say we were not disappointed when were were informed of the installation date. The installers are awesome to say the least. Arturo and Al did the install, and they nailed it…very professional and courteous. They made sure the work area was cleaned daily, and they did not take a break the entire time they were on site. Marcelo and Luciano installed the blinds, and they were meticulous with their part of the installation too. One note, Marcelo was the one who came back before the product was ordered to make sure the original measurements were correct. Pedro and Arigrt was onsite to assist with the installation, and both was respectful and stayed the course with their responsibilities. You won’t find a better product for the investment, and this company is solid. Randall and Rhonda Custer will make sure that once they earn your trust with the product they sell; you won’t be dissatisfied and you will enjoy your investment for years to come. The Sunspace product line comes with a lifetime warranty, and you will get prompt service if the need arise. I highly recommend this company, and the owners for any sunroom addition or modification needs.

Process was seamless from quoting to signoff at walk through and the finished product looks amazing.. Arturo and his team are meticulous and did a great job with attention to detail that was quite unexpected in this day and time. I found this product to be a bit pricey at first, but the quality of the workmanship and installation makes it a great value. Thrilled and highly recommend!

We went to several establishments to check on product, pricing and installation and decided to go with Rhonda and Randall at Sunspace and we're happy we did. We purchased in mid December hoping for a full install by pollen season and we made it. We live on a golf course and needed a durable product that could withstand all the pros teeing off bouncing balls off our house and we found a window to foot the bill. Once enclosed, our room took on a different feel. On these chilly nights, everything seems warmer. We love our improved enclosure and use it for dinner everyday. The door included is a very well built solid unit. I had special requirements because I'm handicapped and they did everything to try and meet our requirements. Our craftsman, Marcello is very skilled and meticulous with his installation. His presentation and installation is so clean we were blown away. There was never a mess, only the ones we made. Sunspace of Charleston comes highly recommended. You won't be disappointed with the outcome.

Sunspace has the best installers, the sales people are real, they tell you what you're getting and you're not disappointed! Follow up work and repairs are never a problem, we had a small tear, we called, they repaired within one week. Great experience, I suggest you check them out.
